CMT Student Consortium link?

I’m planning on submitting to be a part of the NIME Student Consortium, but I can’t figure out how to make a submission. The student consortium page says to create a submission on CMT, but that link simply directs to the NIME website. In CMT I can not find a link to create a new submission.

The student consortium page also does not say who is in charge of it, so I’m not sure who to email directly to ask!

in case anyone else is wondering this - the CMT page has now been updated and there is a “create submission” link for the student consortium. I have been told that the deadline will be extended due to the issue.
