I’m having issues with the payment website for NIME. I can proceed with the registration up to the Invoice information page. After that, an error symbol appears inside a box where-i imagine-i would be filling with my card info.
Refreshing the page and going through the process again didn’t work out either. I tried different devices and browsers, but all display the same problem.
Did anyone have similar issues?

I have just checked and not seen any issues getting to the payment step. I haven’t heard others with problems but if there are issues, happy to hear about them.
I suggest trying again at another day/time on a different internet connection or device. It may have been a time limited failure in the payment system.
I have a different question, but also regarding the registration form: at this point. I’m still not sure whether I’ll be able to secure funding for in-person attendance. Which option should I check then in the “Attendence Type” box in the form? Will chosing the “remote” option affect in-person attendance, should I eventually be able to come to Australia?
I think you should just select the most likely option and keep in touch with us to adjust as needed.

I have tried several different credit cards and, in each case, I have received a “cannot find financial institution” or “suspected fraud” error. Moreover, it is June 1st and yet it is only giving me the “late registration” fee option which is not supposed to kick in until AFTER June 2nd.
Unfortunately I can’t help debug the payment methods.
The registration system seems to be using Australian time so at the time of your message it was 2025-06-02 04:00 AEST.
Unfortunately I do not have direct visibility or control over how the registration form works, so I can’t provide exceptions or help here.
