Hello!
Last year, if I remember right, authors for accepted papers were asked to make a video presentation to go along with their paper. Is that the case this year as well?
Good question. I would say that it depends on your presentation format (not announced yet) and presence (in person / remote) at the conference.
We will put specific information here: Publication Ready (Camera-Ready) Submission
and then I’ll come back and update this post!
For folks submitting videos: When are videos due, and where/how should they be submitted? Also, is the duration limit 5 minutes (as given above) or 10, as given in the original email? Would really like information about the video as soon as possible, as I can see that taking a significant amount of time. Thank you!
Hi @1oh,
As noted on the website and here, the presentation format for all papers has not been announced yet.
Please disregard the previously stated requirement for a 10-min video. We have decided to remove the mandatory video submission for all papers, as noted in the reminder email regarding the camera-ready submission sent out last week.
At this stage, the requirements for accepted papers are:
- Submit your came-ready submission on CMT based on the decision you received.
- Make sure at least one author is registered for the conference, so to have your paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Hope this helps.
